Vista, CA – May 7, 2025 — Mother Earth Brew Co. is thrilled to announce the release of Big Mother Triple IPA, a hop-lovers’ dream arriving just in time for the brewery’s 15th anniversary. This milestone is more than a celebration — it’s a statement of how far the brewery has come, and where it’s headed.
Crafted with Mosaic, Citra, and Nelson Sauvin hops, Big Mother balances huge hop flavor with surprising drinkability. A touch of Vienna malt lays a smooth foundation for waves of apricot, navel orange, red grapefruit, and papaya — the result of hop additions throughout the brewing process and a heavy dry-hop finish.
Joining Big Mother for the celebration is a specialty release from the brewery’s acclaimed Project X Series: Blended Reality Hazy IPA. Brewed with Nelson, Citra, Elani, and Vic Secret hops, this juicy, aromatic hazy IPA delivers an explosion of tropical fruit and citrus. The release features exclusive label artwork from digital artist @the_real_darius_, further blurring the lines between beer and art.
“Big Mother is the culmination of 15 years of pushing our craft forward,” said Chris Baker, Director of Brewing Operations at Mother Earth. “It’s everything we love in a West Coast triple—intense, tropical, citrusy—but with a backbone that keeps it drinkable. And with Blended Reality, we’re embracing the new, showing how experimental we’re willing to go in both flavor and design.”
To mark the anniversary, Mother Earth is hosting a 15th Anniversary Bash on Saturday, May 10 at all three taproom
locations, featuring local food trucks, live music, and the debut of the breweries first hard seltzer on draft.
Big Mother and Blended reality will be available on draft and in cans at Mother Earth taprooms and select retailers beginning May 10th and throughout the coming weeks. Customers are urged to use Mother Earth’s beer finder to search near them at motherearthbrewco.com.
