This is the 2015 Limited Release Nicene from Council Brewing in San Diego, CA. This Belgian-style farmhouse sour saison is fermented and aged in white wine barrels before being packaged in 750ml bottles. Look for Nicene to hit 5.5%-AbV. We also have Lickable Staves American red ale aged in red wine barrels with Balaton cherries (7.8%-AbV), Woofle Dust American golden sour ale oak foeder aged with apricots (6%-AbV) & Broken Wand American dark sour ale oak foeder aged with raspberries (6.3%-AbV).
