Today we get to see the 2013 version of one of my favorite beers from The Bruery. This is White Chocolate--ale aged in Bourbon Barrels with cacao nibs & vanilla beans. White Chocolate will be packaged in 750ml bottles and come in at a bug 14.25% ABV. White Chocolate starts life as a barrel-aged wheat wine and then the guys add vanilla beans & TCHO cacao nibs.
