Pabst Brewing survived prohibition by making and selling cheese. The cheese was called “Pabst-ett” and it was actually a cheese spread that became very popular.
Jump forward to 2025, and I’m excited to report that Pabst will be be teaming up with Yancy’s Fancy to create the new Pabst Blue Ribbon American Cheddar Cheese.
