We’re excited to share a collaboration between Idle Hands Craft Ales and Democracy Brewing—born from a shared desire to explore new ingredients and techniques while crafting a beer anyone can enjoy.
The result is a strong, pale, and refreshing Saison-inspired ale, brewed with a unique twist: Kveik yeast from Hornindal, Norway. This farmhouse yeast brings vibrant tropical fruit notes, adding a bold layer to the beer’s profile.
To enhance its natural fruitiness, we added hops from the U.S. and New Zealand using a process called dip-hopping—an in-between step that captures delicate hop aromas and builds complexity during fermentation.
What you get is a modern take on the IPA: hazy and aromatic like a New England, but with the depth and intrigue of farmhouse and Abbey ales. A truly global, hop-forward experiment—we hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
Mutual Interest Nordic IPA is available draft only in the Taproom starting at 3pm today.
