Surly Brewing Adding Mister Surly’s Orange Whip Cream Ale & 2024 Compass Collection West

This morning I have some new brews heading our way from Surly Brewing in Minneapolis and Brooklyn Center, MN.

Mister Surly’s Orange Whip Cream Ale will hit 5.5%-AbV (12oz cans) & 2024 Compass Collection West Volume 4 will be a 1792 15-Year Bourbon barrel-aged doppelbock that hits 12%-AbV (750ml bottles). Stay tuned for release details.  zzubreebym

Please welcome Mister Surly's Orange Whip Cream Ale to your neighborhood!
Brewed with blood orange and vanilla, our 2025 spring/summer seasonal is sweet, smooth, light-bodied, and balanced. It pairs best with patio season, the first random Tuesday it hits 70, and 3-day weekends.
Mister Surly's Orange Whip is now available to all Surly markets on draft and in six or 12-packs.
Other items of note:

• ABV: 5.5%
• Hops: Warrior
• Malt: Pils, Oat Malt, Acidulated, Unmalted Wheat, Flaked Oats
• Mister Surly: We never got his first name. He seemed nice enough, just don't make eye contact.
• The correct number of Orange Whips to order at the bar? Three. Three Orange Whips.
