Curious Carousel will be a barrel-aged (18-months in oak foudres, Whiskey barrels and Wine barrels) sour ale with cherries, grapes, rose, orange, vanilla bean, hibiscus and lavender (7.3%-AbV, The Vine: Sangiovese 2023 will be a barrel-aged sour ale with Sangiovese grapes (7.6%-AbV, 500ml bottles) & Pêche 2023 will be a barrel-aged sour ale with peaches (6.9%-AbV, 500ml bottles).
