Today I have your first peek at a new collaboration beer coming from Brewery Ommegang in Cooperstown, NY.
This is Neon Tides IPA and it will be a collaboration with Old Harbor Brewery in Puerto Rico. This OMG Series beer will be brewed with Mosaic, Citra, Centennial, Topaz, Simcoe and YQH-1302 hops and it will swim in at 6%-AbV. You’re looking at the 16oz can and the beer will be cold fermented. Ride the wave with Neon Tides Cold IPA! We brewed this bright, crisp, and delightfully juicy beer with our friends at Old Harbor Brewery in Puerto Rico! This 6% ABV 26 IBU beer is exclusively in our Tap House or if you find yourself in Puerto Rico you'll find it there too.
