Water Wings is a collaboration with East Bay Municipal Utility District to support the Water Lifeline Program, which aims to help keep clean drinking water accessible for the most financially vulnerable households located in the East Bay. This lager highlights what EBMUD does best: clean, high-quality H2O - a vital and underrated component of every beer. We’re fortunate to be able to access tap water as pure as we do, and we have EBMUD to thank for that. Water Wings is currently available at all Drake’s locations and select Bay Area retailers - keep an eye out at your local Lucky, Save Mart, or Whole Foods location for 4pack cans!
We also encourage everyone to attend EBMUD’s Centennial Celebration on Sunday, May 21st where we’ll set up the Centennial Beer Garden to serve Water Wings along with other Drake’s favorites. This will be a great event to celebrate our community and appreciate the wonderful service EBMUD has provided for 100 years! All ages welcome to this FREE community fair.

First Friday Pride Celebration
We’re kicking off Pride Month at the Barrel House with a First Friday Pride celebration with Project MORE and the Qmunity District! These terrific organizations benefit the LGBTQ+ community by empowering inclusion within a compassionate and safe environment through cultural activities, outreach, education, and advocacy. Join us Friday, June 2nd for a night of Pride, entertainment, and community as we celebrate love in the East Bay. As always, a portion of all growler and crowler sales at the Barrel House throughout the month will be donated to our First Friday beneficiary. We greatly appreciate everyone’s support and look forward to seeing you there!
