Church Street Brewing Co. Kolsch Karnival

This Friday & Saturday is Kolsch Karnival!

Reserve your spot and glass for this weekend's festivities. First come, first serve for a freshly poured #RighteouslyGoodBeer from the brite tank. This will only be available for Karnival services.

*To-go Kolsch available next week.

Fun fact:

When beer goes from a fermenter to a brite tank, the yeast is filtered out first. This extra layer of filtration before undergoing further maturation and carbonation produces a clearer beer.

11:11 Kolsch

It's our 11th year of #RighteouslyGoodBeer so our label artist, Nikki Elliott, gave us some "Angel Numbers" for this redefined Kolsch-style ale. In the tradition of the classic style from Cologne Germany comes our take on this style known as Kolsch. Get ready for a crisp, clean ale with a subtle ester character balanced with low hop notes. 5.5% ABV Prost!
