Today I have a new barrel-aged beer coming from The Bruery in Placentia, CA.
This is Cristal and it will be a Bourbon barrel-aged ale created with solera blending that will help celebrate The Bruery’s 15th anniversary. This 2023 edition will hit 18.1%-AbV and you’re looking at the 750ml bottle. Stay tuned for more details. I’ve also added in Cristal Blenders Choice blended barrel-aged 15th anniversary ale (Brandy & Weller wheated Bourbon barrels, 17.2%-AbV, 750ml bottles). zzubreebym
