This Friday, March 10th, Will County Brewing Company will be in the taproom for the release of the Der Komissar, a Vienna Style Lager. This collaboration brew was created using a base entirely made up of with Vienna and Dark Munich Malts. The result is a complex toasty lager that is endlessly enjoyable. A step-mash provides a dry finish while German hops lend pleasant floral notes and a balancing bitterness.   zzubreebym
