Today I have a new collaboration coming soon from Elysian Brewing in Seattle, WA.
This is Koji Sweater and it will be a collaboration with Tahoma Fuji Sake. The beer will be a wit ale brewed with Koji that hits 6%-AbV. This is the 375ml bottle and stay tuned for release details. I’ve also added in the non-collaboration 2022 Bifrost winter ale (8.3%-AbV, 19.2oz cans). zzubreebym
