With Scratch #451, we're pushing at the edges of the West Coast style. You'll find traditional "C" hops like Citra and Chinook blended with the newer Strata variety. Look for notes of grapefruit rind, sweet berry and white pine with a crisp bitterness and 8.1% ABV. Get it on draft here at Tröegs on Thursday, or take some home in a crowler.
