Today I have your first peek at a new beer coming from Firestone Walker in Paso Robles, CA. This is 2021 Royal Street and it will be a blended ale aged in Cognac, Rye Whiskey, Bitters and Absinth barrels with lemon juice. The beer will hit 13%-AbV & 18 IBU and it will be packaged in 12oz bottles (325 cases). Stay tuned here for full release info.
