Today I have some new beers coming from The Bruery & Bruery Terreux in Placentia, CA. Bruesicle Pimbo from Bruery Terreux will be a barrel-aged sour ale with pineapple, mango, blood orange, and natural vanilla flavor (5.6%-AbV, 16oz cans) and Brookie will be a collaboration with Chef Brooke Williamson that is a cookie-inspired Bourbon barrel-aged imperial stout with crème sandwich cookies, peppermint and lactose (14.1%-AbV, 750ml bottles).
