I brought you Dominga Mimosa, and today I have a new version coming from New Belgium Brewing in Fort Collins, CA and Asheville, NC. This is Dominga Paloma Sour and it looks very similar to Cellar Club 3 Dominga Paloma. This version will hit a higher 6.5%-AbV and it will be a wood-aged sour ale with grapefruit, salt, lime and grapefruit extracts. This Mezcal Paloma-inspired special release beer will be packaged in 12oz cans and stay tuned for release timing.
