Today I have your first peek at a new barrel-aged can coming from New Belgium brewing in Fort Collins, CO and Asheville, NC. This is Barrel Series No 6 Sarsaparilla Sour and it will be a dark sour ale with sarsaparilla, ginger, licorice and vanilla. The beer will hit 6.2%-AbV and you’re looking at the 16oz cans. Stay tuned for 2021 release details.
