This morning I have a new Blender Project beer coming from New Belgium brewing in Fort Collins, CO and Asheville, NC. This is Adding Corners Cherry and it will be Blender Project 21. The beer is a blended sour ale aged for 6-months in Leopold Bros. Cherry Whiskey barrels. This mini-series of distillery-fruited whiskey barrel-aged sours pays tribute to not cutting corners in brewing and distilling. This version will hit 8.8%-AbV and you’re looking at the 750ml bottle.
