Today I have your first peek at a new sour bottle coming from Allagash Brewing in Portland, ME. This is Cherry Lime Times and it will be a session foudre-aged sour ale aged for 4-months with Maine-grown cherries and with limes added near the end of the aging. The beer will roll in at 4.8%-AbV and you’re looking at the 12.7oz bottle. Stay tuned for 2021 release details.
