Limited Brewery Release: Hop Knife Harvest IPA
A limited run of Hop Knife lands at the brewery tomorrow! We go all-in on dry-hopping this harvest IPA, adding Centennial, Citra and Columbus and pushing this beer deep into that bright hop flavor and aroma. This Imperial Stout is a celebration of the roasty chocolate notes of dark grains. Cane sugar in the boil boosts the ABV and amplifies the rich caramel character.
