Today I have a new 2020 Edition beer coming from The Bruery in Placentia, CA. This is Gray Monday and it will be a double Bourbon barrel-aged imperial stout that uses two different Bourbon barrels as well as a smaller portion being aged in Speyside Scotch Whiskey barrels. The beer is treated with a blend of Madagascar and Tahitian vanilla beans as well as “decadent” hazelnuts before being package din 750ml bottles. This big boy will roll in at 20.8%-AbV and stay tuned here for full release info.
