Today I have a new beer coming from Jester King Brewery in Austin, TX. This is Grisette and it will be an ale refermented with raspberries that uses a mixed culture of brewers yeast, native yeast and bacteria. This beer will fly in at 4.7%-AbV and this batch # 1 is listed as April 2020 in 750ml bottles. Stay tuned for release info. I also have Grisette Ale Fermented With Cherries (5.3%-AbV, 750ml).
