Today I have a new winery collaboration coming from Bruery Terreux in Placentia, CA. This is Elevage and it will be a collaboration with Sans Liege Wines. The beer will be a sour tripel ale with Roussanne grapes that is age din Bourbon barrels. This blended ale will roll in at 14.1%-AbV and you’re looking at the 2020 Edition 12.7oz bottle.
