
Today I have a series of new collaborations between
Stillwater Artisanal Ales and
Freigeist Bierkultur in Germany:
Hybrid Sequence 0.006 w/Matthias Gaul will be an oak-aged spontaneous wild ale co-fermented with Scheurebe grapes (6.2%-AbV),
Hybrid Sequence 0.007 w/Weingut Brand will be an oak-aged spontaneous wild ale co-fermented with Pinot Noir grapes (6.6%-AbV),
Hybrid Sequence 0.001 oak aged spontaneous wild ale
co-fermented with Regent grapes in
collaboration with 2Naturkinder (6.2%-AbV, 750ml bottle),
0.002 (6.4%-AbV),
0.003 (6.5%-AbV),
0.004 (7%-AbV),
0.005 (6.7%-AbV) &
Hybrid Sequence 0.008 w/2Naturkinder will be an oak-aged spontaneous wild ale co-fermented with Reisling grapes (7%-AbV). These are all 750ml bottles and stay tuned for U.S. release details.
