Today I have a new beer coming to The Journey Series (all wild/barrel-aged beers) from New Holland Brewing in Holland, MI. This is Exploration and it will be a Sake-Ale hybrid brewed with rice, koji-kin and sake yeast and open-fermented in oak vessels (and age on Japanese cedar). The beer will roll in at 8%-AbV and you’re looking at the 500ml bottle. Stay tuned for release info.
