Here we have the 2020 packaging for a returning favorite from Goose Island in Chicago, IL. This is Sofie and it remains a Belgian-style saison with orange peel. The beer is a blend of 90% Belgian-style ale blended with 10% Belgian-style ale aged in wine barrels with orange peel and it will hit 6.5%-AbV. You’re looking at the new 12oz bottles.
