This morning we have a new collaboration coming from Space Time Mead & Cider Works in Dunmore, PA and Honey Hole Winery. This is Vanilla Cherry Methomel and it will be a blend of cherry and honey wine with Madagascar Bourbon vanilla beans (9.2%-AbV, 375ml bottles). Stay tuned for release details. I’ve also added in the non-collaboration Uh, Houston, We’ve Had A Problem honey wine with vanilla bean and cinnamon added (13.5%-AbV, 375ml).
