This morning we have an interesting new can coming from Goose Island in Chicago, IL. This is Sofie and it will remain a Belgian-style saison with orange peel added. The beer is a blend of 90% Belgian-style ale and 10% Belgian-style ale aged in wine barrels with orange peel. Look for Sofie to hit 6.5%-AbV & 20 IBU and you’re looking at the new 12oz Ball can. Stay tuned for 2020 release details.
