Today we have several new Chu-Hi-inspired variants coming from Stillwater Artisanal Ales. Extra Dry Chu-Hi will be a sour ale and today we’ll see variants that include Grapefruit (3.8%-AbV), Asian Pear (3.8%-AbV) & Yuzu (3.8%-AbV). Chu-Hi is a Japanese alcoholic canned drink made with Shōchū, carbonated water and juice. These are all 16oz cans (packaged in North Haven, CT) and stay tuned for release details. I’ve also added in the 16oz can for the original Extra Dry Japanese-style saison (4.2%-AbV).
