This morning we bring you another new bottle coming from Firestone Walker Barrelworks in Buellton, CA. This is Blue Love and it is a “selection of 18-31 month aged” Lil Opal Saison Farmhouse Ale fermented with Blue Crop Washington-state blueberries. The beer will roll in at 6.4%-AbV and it will be packaged 1/12/20 in a limited run of 900 cases of 375ml bottles. Stay tuned for release info.

A NEW WILD ALE WITH BLUEBERRIES
Pucker up and get ready for Blue Love, our first-ever wild ale made with blueberries. We took our saison farmhouse ale, Lil' Opal, as the base beer then fermented it with Bluecrop blueberries resulting in a vibrantly purple beer with just the right amount of tart.
Stop by one of our Firestone Walker taprooms to pick up bottles or look for it on draft at select bars soon.
