This morning we bring you a new collaboration mead coming from our pal Dan Schreffler at Space Time Mead & Cider Works in Dunmore, PA. This is Baxter and it will be based on a recipe by Edward Walkowski. This mead is an apple-honey-raisin wine with honey added. The mead will hit 9.2%-AbV and you’re looking at the 375ml bottle.
