This morning we have a returning sour coming from New Holland Brewing in Holland, MI. This is Blue Sunday 23 and it remains a foeder-aged sour ale that is released annually to “celebrate progress and challenges overcome.” The beer is foeder-aged for a full year with “cultures dating back to it’s release more than a decade ago.” This version will hit 6%-AbV and you’re looking at the 22oz bottle.
