Today we have a new collaboration sour coming from Beachwood Blendery in Long Beach, CA. This is Pyrus Rustique and it will be a collaboration with Homage Brewing. The beer will be a Belgian-style sour ale fermented and aged in oak barrels with Bartlett & D’Anjou pears and marigold flowers. The beer will roll in at 7%-AbV and you’re looking at the 500ml bottle. We also have the non-collaboration Hopsonata IPA (7.1%-AbV, 16oz cans)
