This morning we have a new collaboration can coming from New Belgium Brewing. This “return” Collab will follow TRVE Brewing’s version of the beer and it is called Where I Live. The beer is brewed with 100% Colorado-grown malt from Troubadour Maltin and fermented with Kveik yeast. That base beer was blended with a dark sour and foudre-aged with TRVE’s house yeast culture. Before canning, the beer was finished with CO-grown whole-flower lavender. Look for this mixed-culture sour ale to hit 6%-AbV and you’re looking at the 16oz can. Stay tuned for full release details.
