This morning we have several new variants of a new collaboration beer coming from Modern Times Beer in San Diego, CO. This is Analog and it will be a collaboration with Lo-Fi Wines. The beers are all Saisons, one brewed with Riesling grape must and aged in Red Wine barrels (9.2%-AbV), one brewed with Cabernet Franc must and aged in Red Wine barrels and Port Wine barrels (8.7%-AbV), and a final version brewed with Riesling grape must and aged in Amphora with Riesling pomace (9.8%-AbV). These are all 12.7oz bottles and stay tuned for release info.
