Two Roads Hexotic Lambic Style Coming From Area Two
Today we have an exciting new beer coming soon from Area Two Experimental brewing at Two Roads in Stratford, CT.  This is Hexotic and it will be a Lambic-style wild ale brewed with six tropical fruits (mango, orange, passion fruit, guava, pineapple and guanabana).  The beer uses B. clausenii and various wild cultures for fermentation and it will be aged in wood barrels before being packaged in 12.7oz bottles.  Look for Hexotic to hit 8%-AbV and stay tuned for release info.  This updated label below was approved in June 2019.
