Here’s your first peek at a new bottle coming from The Bruery in Placentia, CA.  This is Poached Fig and it will be a Bourbon barrel-aged barleywine-style ale brewed with figs, lemon zest and vanilla.  This beer continues The Bruery’s “love affair with figs” and it will hit 13.2%-AbV.  You’re looking at the 750ml bottle and the beer will hit kegs as well.  Stay tuned for release info.
