Off Color Working On Very, Very Far
This morning we have a new bottle coming soon from Off Color Brewing in Chicago, IL.  This is Very, Very Far and it will be a Belgian-style ale that uses mixed fermentation with Torulaspora Delbrueckii yeast.  The beer will fly in at 6%-AbV & 24 IBU and it will use Nugget, Sterling and Rakau hops.  Look for Very, Very Far to be packaged in 12oz bottles and stay tuned for release info.
