This morning we bring you one of my favorite coolship beers coming from
Allagash Brewing in in Portland,
ME. This is
Coolship Pêche and it is brewed with 20% raw wheat and whole-leaf hops. The beer is poured into the coolship and ultimately aged in French oak wine barrels for two years…with fresh Main-grown peaches added to the barrels for 5-months. The beer hits 6.8%-AbV and you’re looking at the 375ml bottle.
