This morning we have the 2018 version of Undefeated Saison from Funky Buddha. This barrel-aged saison is brewed with grape must and champagne yeast and it is aged in Chardonnay wine barrels. This beer celebrates Funky Buddha’s anniversary (1972,2018) and it will roll in at 8.6%-AbV. This is the 750ml bottle.
