Here’s your first peek at yet another new Fruit Wood Time Series beer coming from Westbrook Brewing in Mt. Pleasant, SC. This is Black Raspberry Madeira Barrel Finish and the beer is a blend of 33% dry Sherry cask matured mixed fermentation saison and 67% oak foudre-aged sour beer. The resulting blend is refermented with black raspberries in Madeira barrels for 3-months. The beer hits 6%-AbV and you’re looking at the 12.7oz bottle. Stay tuned here for release info.
