Today we have the 2018 packaging for Sofie Paradisi from Goose Island in Chicago, IL. The beer is a blend of 40% Belgian-style saison ale and 60% Belgian-style ale aged in Wine barrels with grapefruit. You’re looking at the 500ml bottle and I expect the beer will remain at 6.7%-AbV, but stay tuned on that one and for release details. I've added in the 2019 label below.
