This morning we get our first peek at a new Fulton & Wood Series beer coming from Goose Island in Chicago, IL. This is Scavenger and it is brewed with wild yeast from the Shawnee National Forest and Illinois-grown hops & malt. The beer is a “homage to Illinois” and it will roll in at 5.5%-AbV & 17 IBU. This is the 16oz can and stay tuned here for release details.
