Here we have a new big bottle coming from Elysian Brewing in Seattle, WA. This is American Purple and it is a Flanders-style red ale that is aged in Chardonnay wine barrels with blackberry puree. The beer is fermented with a blend of yeasts to get it to 7.3%-AbV. This is the 750ml bottle, and stay tuned for release info.
