Today we have a new collaboration beer coming from Funkwerks. This is Opalescence and it is a collaboration with Firestone Walker. This beer is a Belgian-style saison ale fermented with Firestone Walker’s saison yeast and the Funkwerks house yeast. The beer hits 5.6%-AbV and this is the 750ml bottle.
