From Troegs:
Scratch #330 is a curious beer that wandered off the beaten pale ale path. It smells and tastes like pineapple, and while some of that comes from dry-hopping with soft German Arianna hops, it’s primarily due to a long, slow fermentation with a yeast called “Sacch Trois,” a Belgian strain once thought to be Brettanomyces. Draft and growler fills available in the Tasting Room.
