Here’s another new bottle coming from Off Color Brewing in Chicago, IL. This is Koi and it is a rice lager brewed with Sake lees (yeast). The beer uses Pilsner malts and Nugget hops and you’re looking at the 750ml bottle. Look for Koi to swim in at 4.5%-AbV & 18 IBU and stay tuned here for release info.
