Here we have a new sour bottle coming from Hi-Wire Brewing in Asheville, NC. This is Vintage Sour Ale and it uses a primary fermentation with Fuller’s London yeast and a brettanomyces finish. The beer hits 8.11%-AbV and you’re looking at the 375ml bottle & 750ml bottle below.
