Here’s your first look at a new collaboration beer coming from Upland Sour Ales in Bloomington, IN. This is Galaxy Grove and it is a barrel-aged fruited sour ale brewed with Cigar City Brewing in Tampa, FL. This funky IPA uses 2 strains of Brettanomyces and it is fermented with peaches and guava. If that’s not enough fun, Galaxy Grove is dry-hopped with Centennial, Citra and Galaxy hops before being packaged in 500ml bottles. Stay tuned for release details on this Woodshop Collaboration Series beer.
